This is best served with our Buffalo Chicken Wing Kettle Cooked Chips or any of our Tortilla Chips

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1/2 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and hot sauce until well blended. Mix in the Ranch dressing, chicken and Cheddar cheese. Spread into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. ** Or, put dip in a crock pot and simmer on low to keep warm.

Chocolate Pretzel rings
(Makes 4 Dozen)

48 Dan-Dee Pretzel O’s or Seyfert's Beer O's
1 8oz Package of Milk Chocolate Kisses
¼ Cup Red and Green M & M’s

Place pretzels on greased baking sheets. Put a chocolate kiss in the center of each ring. Bake at 275 degrees for 2-3 minutes, or until chocolate is softened. Remove from oven. Place an M & M on each pretzel and press down slightly so chocolate fills the ring. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Store at room temperature.

Chocolate Covered Pretzels

(1) 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 T. Shortening
36 Troyer Farm Pretzels

Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler; stir until smooth. Use tongs; dip both sides of pretzel. Line on wax paper. Refrigerator to cool.
*For an added "festive" appearance; melt white chocolate (you may add food coloring) and drizzle over cooled chocolate.

Crunchy Potato Chip Cookies

1 lb. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3-1/2 c. sifted flour
2 c. crushed Troyer Farms Potato Chips

Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Cream well. Add flour and beat thoroughly. Add crushed Troyer Farms Potato Chips and chopped nuts. Mix just enough to blend.

Drop dough from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Before serving dust with powdered sugar.

Caramel Puffs

preparation time: 15 minutes
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
7.5 oz bag of Troyer Farms, Dan Dee, or Seyfert's Corn Puffs

Bring brown sugar, margarine, and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat on stove top. Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well. Lightly spray a large roaster type pan with cooking oil. Pour bag of Corn Puffs into pan. Pour carmel mixture over Corn Puffs and stir well until coated. Spray inside of a large brown grocery bag with cooking oil. Pour Corn Puffs into the bag. Fold over end, shake well. Microwave on high for 1 minute and shake again. Microwave for 1 minute and shake bag. Microwave for 45 seconds, shake bag and pour back into large pan. Let cool, stirring often.

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. If it looks too thick, thin out with cream. Also take out of refrigerator before serving, about 1/2 hour before. Dip your favorite chips!


2 c. cooked beans
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 sm. onion grated or 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Troyer Farms Tortilla Chips or Original Potato Chips

Blend or mash beans until smooth. Add other ingredients. Serve warmed with chips. You can omit chili powder, cumin and onion; add 1/4 to 1/2 cup salsa. Also, adding a cup of sour cream makes a good variation.


8 oz. (8 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate or 8 oz. (1 1/3 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening
8 1/2 oz. Bag of Troyer Farms Original Potato Chips

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. In small microwave- safe bowl, combine chocolate and shortening. Microwave on MEDIUM for 3-3 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring once halfway through cooking; stir until smooth.

Dip chips halfway into chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheets; refrigerate to set. Yield 5-6 dozen chips.
